Master Plans

MGA sees planning as a vital part of the built landscape, a process that begins with the development of a hierarchical organization of spatial relationships between buildings and the surrounding built or natural context.  Our master plans impart a distinct sense of community and place, while establishing a framework for current and future decisions.  In projects throughout the United States and the world, MGA has created original, award-winning designs that are functional, efficient, site specific, sustainable, and sensitive to the cultural context.  Our planning experience includes: master plans for academic and institutional campuses, large scale resort complexes, urban design of cities and large developments, and facilities master plans for museums, universities and other institutions.
