Course Description
To have an open discussion with women practicing in the field of architecture at different stages in their careers regarding the importance of diversity in the workplace and the challenges they face in the workplace. The moderator will pose questions centered on the following themes: current trends in businesses as they relate to women in the workplace; the biggest challenges for women in architecture entering the workplace; the benefits that women offer to architectural practices; and the perspectives of women in the workplace.
