Mixed-Use Development

Celebrating the Urban Context

The new 10-story, 150,000-SF mixed-use development at the intersection of Westchester Avenue and Bergenline signals the ascending urban vitality of the Bronx. The retail base will enliven the street edge, and a charter school and a non-profit social services institution will serve the surrounding community. Entered from Bergenline Avenue, the charter school occupies the 2nd through 6th Floors for instructional space, the 10th Floor for a gymnasium, and a rooftop play area.  With its glassy facades and colorful accents, the building creates a striking presence in the neighborhood.
