Exquisite storytelling and thoughtful execution create a compelling exhibit

Michael Graves: Past as Prologue, was a commemorative exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of Michael Graves’ career as an architect, painter, product designer and influencer of modern culture. The graphic design team created an exhibit that displayed his expansive body of work from world-renowned high-rise buildings to iconic teapots. The exhibit’s theme focused on the evolution of Michael’s core values and how the past has influenced the present and set the stage for the future.

The graphic design team created a focused linear approach that allowed visitors to gain insights into what architects and designers do and how Michael Graves work improved the human experience.

The visuals were formatted as a timeline to help guide users through the experience and to act as an aide to help visitors understand the vast expanse of work on display.  The exhibits modular layout allows for easy installment and quick modifications.
