The firm oversaw the preservation and restoration project of the historic Patterson Park Observatory/Pagoda, a Baltimore landmark. The restoration included woodwork, wood windows and doors, metal railings and posts and the metal spiral staircase. Other aspects of the project included cleaning and repointing of the granite base, removal and resetting of historic asphalt pavers inside to level the floor, removal and reproduction of wood porch decks and new wiring and lighting, and the installation of precast concrete curbing and corner blocks.
