Renovation, New Construction

Waldon Studio Architects, now Michael Graves Architects, as a subconsultant to HKS executed the design of the Children’s Hospital of Richmond Pavilion. The existing building was cut in half, allowing a new hospital tower to fill the newly vacated area with a four story subsurface garage and an eight story tower.

WSA oversaw the design construction administration and renovation of the new large scale design and LEED silver certified hospital.
